Chuck Clark has been working in and around the kitchen environment for over 35 years. Over the years, he has prepared and organized meals for groups as large as 1,600 three times a day, and as small as 20 for special occasion banquets. He has received numerous personal awards for his efforts and has trained many others in this fine art.
In addition to Chuck’s experience of six years as kitchen manager for the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, he has served as Hospitality Coordinator, Café Manager, and kitchen manager for restaurants and large churches in North Alabama.
All along, Chuck and his wife Angie, have been catering weddings, receptions and banquets, and a few years ago left the corporate world to make C & A Catering their full time business.
During his extensive career, Chuck has served such dignitaries as: Charlton Heston, Tom Hanks, Alabama Governors, Chelsea Clinton, Astronaut Sally Ride, numerous state senators and representatives, recording artists Ty Herndon, Shannon Brown, Rebecca St. James, Scott Dawson, Zoe Girl, Rick Ousley, Big Daddy Weave, Apologetix, Floodgate, Barlow Girl, Jeff Deyo, Matt Papa, Brothers Keeper, Third Day, Audio Adrenaline, Sanctus, Kutless and others.
